<br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-114 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the <br />Historic Landmark Preservation Committee due to the resignations <br />of J. P. Shull and Robert Burns, and it is necessary to appoint <br />their successors, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. <br />Clifford, having appointed JoAnn Parkman, representing the <br />Industrial Development Commission and Louise Hagood as Historian, <br />to serve the unexpired terms of J. P. Shull and Robert Burns, <br />wh ich ends June 30, 1990, and has submi t ted the names of such <br />persons to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />That the appointments of JoAnn Parkman and Louise Hagood, as <br />members of the Historic Landmark Preservation Committee to serve <br />the unexpired terms of J. P.
