17 - CARES Funding Grant Agreement - Airport

DocuSign Envelope ID: 5E1 B21 BF-4DOA-48OF-A7C9-1 B28996727A9 PART II - ACCEPTANCE The Sponsor does hereby ratify and adopt all assurances, statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in the Grant Application and incorporated materials referred to in the foregoing Offer under Part II of this Agreement, and does hereby accept this Offer and by such acceptance agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this Offer and in the Grant Application. The Sponsor understands funding made available under this Grant Agreement may only be used to reimburse for airport operational and maintenance expenses, and debt service payments. The Sponsor further understands it may submit a separate request to use funds for new airport/project development purposes, subject to additional terms, conditions, and assurances. Further, it is my opinion that the said Grant Agreement constitutes a legal and binding obligation of the Sponsor in accordance with the terms thereof.
