1Ze <br />Cost has not been determined as a Scope of Service still needs to be negotiated based on the <br />direction the City Council wishes to see this audit proceed. Depending on the extent of the work <br />requested of the firm, thus the total fee, the plan is to utilize any available funding from the Utility <br />Bond to cover this expense. If during negotiations an issue with funding becomes apparent, City <br />Staff will bring this to the City Council at the next meeting. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate a Scope of Service to perform a third party <br />engineering audit of the Utility Bond Package #4 Project with Alfred Benesch & Company <br />and bring it back to the City Council for review and approval. <br />2. Request that other firms be identified for the City Council to meet with and consider. <br />3. Request a different direction and advise the City Manager. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1.
