X W 4: LF box <br />culvert directly under a widened pavement section. New water mains, water services, and sanitary <br />sewer mains were constructed due to conflicts with the new box culvert. The corridor was a mix of <br />residential, commercial businesses, churches and City Public Facilities. Because many properties <br />were accessible via a parallel alley system, the project was constructed under a full closure, a <br />few blocks at a time.
