Paris Visitors & Convention Council Board of Directors Meetin <br />Love Civic Center and Zoom Meetin <br />Monday, October 19, 2020 <br />4:00 pm <br />Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Brittney Keys, Tony Corso, John Bratcher, Renee Harvey, <br />Mark Pankaj, Brian Richie, Dustin Broadway, Bryan Hargis, Tim Walsworth, Paula Portugal, Greg <br />Wilson and Ryan Whitaker. <br />Staff Present: Becky Semple, Gina Crawford and Paul Allen. <br />Minutes: A motion to approve September minutes was made by Renee Harvey, seconded by <br />Tony Corso. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Financials: A motion to approve September financials was made by Mark Pankaj, seconded by <br />Bud Mistry. Motion passed unanimously. <br />New Business: Chadlee Johnston stated that the VCC is arranging a New Year's Eve Giveaway, it <br />will be a random drawing from Facebook that promotes Paris and a package including a three - <br />night stay, food, travel, gifts, etc. <br />Greg Wilson stated that the bicycle committee has discussed the purchase of a Rickshaw, more <br />signage for the Trail de Paris, bleachers for the Pump track and a possible bike trail located <br />close to pump track. These are all items that will be discussed further, and more information <br />obtained. <br />Gina Crawford reminded the board to watch the open meetings act. <br />Future Business: Paul Allen stated that TMBRA made a profit and we would like to make a <br />donation to Barber Hills, that will be on the next VCC agenda. <br />Adjourn: Tony Corso made the motion to adjourn. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:22 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Gina Crawford <br />
