RESOLUTION NO. 89-102 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, In Resolution No. 88-110, award the contract for 20" Water Main Replacement 3rd N.E. from Clement Road to Santa Fe Project No. 88.06 to B. Bray Construction Co., Inc.; and, WHEREAS, Change Resolution No. 89-088, should be amended; and, Order No. passed on One and Final adopted in the 10th day of July, 1989, WHEREAS, upon amendment of Change Order No. One and Final, it should be cancelled and held for naught; WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of said contract by First Amended Change Order No. One and Final attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which provides for a net increase in contract price of $10,131.50 to a total of $149,576.00 for adjusting as-built quantities from bid quantities, and such form should be approved, and the Mayor Pro Tern should be authorized to sign the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That Change Order No. One and Final should be and the same is hereby cancelled and held for naught; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that 20" Water Main Replacement 3rd N.E. from Clement Road to Santa Fe Project No. 88.06, contract be amended by First Amended Change Order No. One and Final in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A", providing for a net increase in contract price of $10,131.50 to a total of $149,576.00 for adjusting as-built quantities from bid quantities, which is in all things approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor Pro Tern of the City of Paris, Curtis Fendley, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said First Amended Change Order No. One and Final.
