TOTAL BIT AMOUNTS <br />The contract will be awarded from the base bid and/or any combination of alternate bids, as deemed <br />appropriate by the City of Paris. <br />: R <br />(USE WORDS) (FIGURES) <br />4. BIDDER agrees that the Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment <br />within 90 after the date when the Contract Time commences to run, as provided in the General <br />Conditions. <br />BIDDER accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to $200 per calendar day liquidated <br />damages in the event of failure to complete the Work on time. <br />5.
