Hashmi <br />Ex -Officio Members Present: <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />Pam Anglin, PJC President <br />Paula Portugal, City Councilor <br />Call to Order <br />Staff Present: <br />Maureen Hammond, Executive Director <br />Chris Stout, Economic Development Associate <br />Paula Brownfield, Administrative Assistant <br />Guest(s) Present: <br />City Council Liaison: <br />Renae Stone <br />Clayton Pilgrim <br />Legal Counsel: <br />Casey Gain, PEDC Attorney <br />Mr. Bray called the monthly meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to order at 5:30 p.m. on <br />November 17, 2020. <br />Invocation <br />Ms. Bills gave the invocation. <br />Welcome and Ooenin Remarks <br />Mr. Bray stated the COVID-19 outbreak in the Paris community has led the Board to ZOOM meetings for the <br />foreseeable future. <br />Citizens' Inout <br />Mr. Bray stated no emails were received from citizens. The Citizens' Input was closed. <br />Discuss and Consider Al2proval. of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 20 2020 <br />Dr. Hashmi made a motion to approve the October 20`x' minutes as presented. Mr. Fendley seconded the motion. Vote <br />was 7 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Discuss and Consider Approval of the October 2020 Financial Statements <br />Mr. Pankaj reminded the Board October starts a new fiscal year. Any September invoices received were paid in <br />September to close out the fiscal year. He pointed out this October's sales tax increased by $19,000.00 over last <br />
