<br />PARIS INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION <br /> <br />25 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> <br />First Tract <br /> <br />Situated on Northwest Loop 286 in the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, State of Texas; <br />Being a part of the Joseph Ames Survey #28, a part of a 54.33 <br />acre tract of land conveyed to Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, <br />Inc. as recorded in Book 441 Page 72 on March 16, 1986, from the City <br />of Paris, Texas, also a part of a 8.534 acre tract conveyed to Paris, <br />Texas Industrial Foundation as recorded in Book 702 Page 652 on <br />October 22, 1986, from Raymond and Elizabeth Trier; <br />Beginning at a point for a corner at the most southerly Southeast <br />corner of the latter-mentioned tract, said point being the Southwest <br />corner of a tract owned by Raymond and Elizabeth Trier; <br />Thence South 660 51' West along the North Boundary Line of N.W. <br />Loop 286, a distance of 760 feet to a point for a corner, said North <br />Boundary Line also being the South Boundary Line of previously <br />mentioned Paris Industrial Foundation property; <br />Thence North a distance of 27.2 feet along the West Boundary Line <br />of said property; <br />Thence North 660 51' East a distance of 760 feet to a point for a <br />corner in the West Boundary Line of the Trier property; <br />Thence South along said West property line a distance of 27.2 <br />feet to the point of beginning containing 0.44 acres, more or less. <br />The purpose of this easement being to convey a 25' strip of land <br />along the South Boundary Line of Paris Industrial Foundation property <br />for placement and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line. <br /> <br />PIF.EAS <br />
