<br />Cha rges <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br /> <br />Handling Checks and Deposits(l) <br />Handling Temporary Overdrafts <br />Rates of Interest on loans <br />Maximum loan limits <br />Rates of Interest on Warrants <br />Charges, if any, for furnishing <br />all printed checks and vouchers <br />based on City of Paris needs and <br />specifications <br /> <br />d. <br />e. <br /> <br />ll~ per check paid, <br />$12.50 per account, <br />$20.00 <br /> <br />6~ per item deposited <br />$15.00 per stop payment <br />order <br /> <br />NCNij Texas National Bank primei floating <br />subject to normal credlt ~pprovaIs <br />Negot1able <br /> <br />Check and voucher charges passed <br />through at cost <br /> <br />In addition to the normal services and supplies furnished by the depository <br />bank, the following services are standard and common to most depository <br />contracts<,2) The following services are to be furnished at no charge to the <br />City of Paris: <br /> <br />Triplicate form Deposit Slips <br />Paring Agent for Bonds <br />Bond and Coupon Service <br />Parking Facilities <br />Safe Deposit Boxes <br />Coin Wrappers <br />Night Depository Service, including Bags and Keys <br />Traveler's and Cashier's Checks <br />Daily Balance on Each Account <br />Money Orders <br /> <br />Bidders are requested to submit any further concessions or services in the <br />space provided herein which they may want to offer to the City of Paris and <br />make any comment as further consideration in selecting the City's <br />Depository. <br /> <br />All monies which are deposited into the depository under the provisions of <br />this proposal shall be continuously secured, in accordance with the laws of <br />the State of Texas applicable thereto, by a valid pledge of direct <br />obligations having a par value or market value when less than par, <br />exclusive of accrued interest, at all times at least equal to the total <br />amount of money on deposit in said several funds on deposit in the <br />depos i tory. <br /> <br />All time deposits or time Certificates of Deposit which have not elapsed on <br />the terminati on date of the finally approved depos itory contract, sha 11 <br />remain on deposit with the same depository under the same terms and <br />conditions in effect during said contract until the date such time deposits <br />have elapsed. <br /> <br />Funds i from Bond sales may be deposited in the City Depository or outside <br />investments at the option of the Depository. <br /> <br />(1) Each depository checking account will be placed on analysis. A consolidated analysis <br />will be used in assessing charges, if any. If the overall earnings credit exceeds <br />the charges, then no fee is assessed. Return items are $1.50. Telephone advices are <br />$5.00 each. Earnings credit is the four-week average of the ninety-one day T Bill <br />rate appliea to the average collected balance less reserve requirements. <br /> <br />Other services available are sorting checks by check number, account reconciliation <br />and direct deposit of payroll. <br /> <br />(2) Supply costs associated with furnishing free services not to exceed $1,000 during the <br />tWn-~r^~y ~^~~~~^. <br />
