<br />... <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the Act specified in Section 3 of this contract <br />and with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to the <br />Rental Rehabilitation Program in 24 C.F.R. Part 511, as amended; the OMS <br />Circulars and the Management Standards specified in Section 6 of this <br />contract; and with all other federal, state, and local laws and regulations <br />applicable to the activities and performances rendered by Contractor under <br />this contract including but not limited to the laws, and the regulations <br />promulgated thereunder specified in Sections 1 through VI of this Exhibit C. <br /> <br />1. CIVIL RIGHTS <br /> <br />Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (42 U.S.C. Sec. 2000d et seq.); 24 <br />C.F.R. Part 1, "Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development - Effectuation of Title VI of the <br />Civil Rights Act of 1964"; <br /> <br />Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act.of 1968, "The Fair Housing Act of 1968" (42 <br />U.S.C. Sec. 3601 et seq.); <br /> <br />Executive Order 11063, as amended by Executive Order 12249, and 24 C.F.R. Part <br />107, "Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity in Housing under Executive Order <br />11063.". The failure or refusal of Contractor to comply with the requirements <br />of Executive Order 11063 or 24 C.F,R. P~rt 107 shall be a proper basis'for the <br />illlposition of sanctions specified in n C.F.Ri '107;'60; . .. <br /> <br />The Age Discrilllination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C, Sec. 6101 et seq.); <br /> <br />Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C.
