<br />Being all that certain tract or parcel of <br />land situated situated within the Corporate Limits <br />of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of <br />Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey and also <br />being a part of the same land conveyed Gene Roden <br />and wife by Frank M. Condray et ux by Deed of <br />record in Volume 358, Page 448 of the Deed Records <br />of said County and State and being further <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South <br />Boundary Line of the above mentioned tract of <br />land, said point being South 890 36' West a <br />distance of 322.5 feet from the intersection of <br />the South Boundary Line of said tract of land and <br />the West Boundary Line of Loop Highway No. 286; <br />THENCE South 890 36' West at 60 feet passing <br />the most Northern Northeast corner of Eastfield <br />Estates, Phase 2, Addition to the City of Paris, <br />in all this direction a distance of 350 feet a <br />stake for corner; <br />THENCE North 00 24' West a distance of 20 <br />feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE North 890 36' East a distance of 350.0 <br />feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE South 00 24' East a distance of 20 <br />feet to the place of beginning and containing <br />0.161 acre of land, more or less. <br />
