<br />McKNIGHT & PICKENS, Lot 5, City Block 307A (Parce1.ll) . <br /> <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas a part of the Reddin Russell survey 1786 and <br />being a part of Lot 5, City Block 307A, which was described in <br />Deed dated August 6, 1985 from Noah Bloys Enloe and wife to <br />McKnight & Pickens, recorded in Book 687, Page 617, Deed Records, <br />Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the Southeast corner of above <br />mentioned lot and block said point being in the West <br />Boundary Line of U.S. Highway 271; <br />THENCE, with a curve to the left, a distance of 105.5 <br />feet to a point; <br />THENCE N 10 IS' W a distance of 34.5 feet to a point; <br />THENCE S 880 30' W a distance of lS feet to a point; <br />THENCE S 10 30' E a distance of 140 feet to a point; <br />THENCE N 880 30' E a distance of IS feet to the point <br />of beginning containing .04 acres more or less. <br /> <br />TRICO - Lot 6, City Block 307A (Parcel 12) <br /> <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas a part of the Reddin Russell Survey 1786 and <br />being a part of Lot 6, City Block 307A which was described in <br />Deed dated May 16, 1984 from Cecil Huneycutt and wife Barbara <br />Huneycutt to Trico Investment Company recorded in Book 671, Page <br />162, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary Line of U.S. <br />Highway 271 said point being the Southeast corner of above <br />mentioned lot and block; <br />THENCE S 880 30' W a distance of 16' to a point; <br />THENCE N lO 39' E a distance of lSO feet to a point. <br />THENCE N 880 21' E a distance of IS feet to a point; <br />THENCE S 10 15' W a distance of 150' with the West <br />Boundary Line of U.S. Highway 271 to the point of beginning <br />containing .05 acres more or less. <br />
