The meeting is taking place by ZOOM because <br />of COVID-19. <br />Citizens'_Input <br />Mr. Bray stated no emails were received from citizens. The Citizens' Input was closed. <br />DiscussandConsider_Aproval„of the Minutes of the Regular MeetingheldNovember 17 2020 <br />Mr. Fendley made a motion to approve the November 17, 2020 minutes. Ms. Bills seconded the motion. Vote was <br />7 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />
