Paris Visitors &M Convention Council Board of Directors Meetin <br />Love Civic Center and Zoom Meeting <br />Monday, November 16, 2020 <br />4:00 pm <br />Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Brittney Keys, Tony Corso, John Bratcher, Renee Harvey, <br />Mark Pankaj, Dustin Broadway, Paula Portugal, Greg Wilson and Trey Glascock, Bryan Glass, Lea <br />Emerson and Bud Mistry. <br />Staff Present: Becky Semple, Gina Crawford and Paul Allen. <br />Minutes; A motion to approve October minutes was made by Mark Pankaj, seconded by Bud <br />Mistry. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Financials: Vicki Ballard presented the October financials. A motion to approve was made by <br />Trey Glascock, seconded by Mark Pankaj. Motion passed unanimously. <br />New Business; Becky Semple presented a funding request for Tower City Comedy Festival, <br />January 31, 2021. Based on the scoring criteria, a motion was made to approve $2222.00 by <br />Trey Glascock, seconded by Bud Mistry. Motion passed unanimously. <br />TMBRA donation to Barber Hills was tabled till next meeting. <br />Greg Wilson stated that he has spoken to Grayson Path, City Manager and the City may be able <br />to help with some new signage for the Trail de Paris. A bike meeting will be held and plan to <br />find someone to take on where the signs need to go and what they shall look like. <br />Becky Semple stated the Visitor Center needs some new souvenirs; Becky will get some items <br />to look at for the next meeting. <br />Future Business: Paul Allen stated the Indoor Archery tournament is set to take placed on <br />January 15-17, 2021. <br />Ad'ourn: Mark Pankaj made the motion to adjourn. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:34 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Gina Crawford <br />
