Item No. 10 <br />RUMMI M OEM <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Grayson Path, City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Exum 250 Addition Replat <br />DATE: January 25, 2021 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Donald Lewis owns 2.941 acres located at the 2085 Fitzhugh Ave in the 2000 block of Fitzhugh <br />Ave. The property is currently zoned Commercial (C), and the owner is proposing to divide the <br />property into three lots. The property is currently two lots with a utility easement along the <br />property line of the two lots. With the subdivision in to three lots, the utility easement will shift <br />location as shown on the plat. There is no existing utility in place in this easement, but the new <br />easement will allow for such in the future. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: <br />The owner has submitted a replat of the property. Both water and sewer are available. It appears <br />that this replat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the replat. <br />
