<br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-073 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Joe Miesch, Rick <br />Powell, Michael Rhodes, Lowry Carrington, Ed Ellis, Dr. Don <br />Black, F. I. McClanahan, and Larry McDowell as members of <br />the Historic Landmark Preservation Committee of the City of <br />Paris, will expire on June 30, 1989; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. <br />Clifford, does hereby recommend the re-appointments of Jo <br />Miesch, as a member of the board of directors of a local <br />financial institution; Rick Powell as a member with nursery <br />and/or landscape interest; Michael Rhodes, a member of the <br />Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce <br />of Lamar County; Lowry Carrington, as a Realtor; Ed Ellis as <br />a member of the Lamar County Bar Association; Dr. Don Black, <br />as a member of the Lamar County Genealogy Society; and F. I. <br />McClanahan as a member at large and the appointment of Mrs. <br />Norman Davis, as a member at large, for a term of two (2) <br />years, beginning July 1, 1989, and ending June 30, 1991; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the re-appointments of Jo Miesch, as a member of <br />the board of directors of a local financial institution; <br />Rick Powell as a member with nursery and/or landscape <br />interest; Michael Rhodes, a member of the Visitors and <br />Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar <br />County; Lowry Carrington, as a Realtor; Ed Ellis as a member <br />of the Lamar County Bar Association; Dr. Don Black, as a <br />member of the Lamar County Genealogy Society; and F.
