<br />COLLEGE HEIGHTS DRAINAGE PROJECT - MIESCH PROPERTY <br /> <br />SITUATED within the Corporate Limits of the <br />City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, <br />a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being part <br />of Lots 8 and 11, in Block B, of the College <br />Heights Addition to the City of Paris, as shown by <br />Revised Plat of record, 62-A of the Plat Records <br />of said County and State, being a part of said lot <br />described in deed to David C. Miesch, filed for <br />record April 15, 1987, in Volume 707, Page 907, of <br />the Deed Records of said County and State, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />FIRST TRACT: (Lot 8) <br />BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said Lot <br /> <br />8; <br /> <br />THENCE Northwesterly, with the West Boundary <br />Line of said Lot 8, a distance of 95.6 feet to the <br />Northwest corner of said Lot 8; <br />THENCE East, with the North Boundary Line of <br />said Lot 8, a distance of 5 feet, a point; <br />THENCE Southeasterly, parallel to and 5 feet <br />East of the West Boundary Line of said Lot 8, a <br />distance of 95.6 feet, more or less, to a point in <br />the South Boundary Line of said Lot 8; <br />THENCE West, with the South Boundary Line of <br />said Lot 8, a distance of 5 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.011 acres of land, more <br />or less. <br />SECOND TRACT: (Lot 11) <br />BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot <br />11, same being in the South Boundary Line of <br />Jackson Street a distance of 158 feet West of the <br />West Boundary Line of Southeast 24th Street; <br />THENCE South, with the West Boundary Line of <br />said Lot 11, a distance of 135 feet to the South- <br />west Corner of said Lot 11; <br />THENCE East, with the South Boundary Line of <br />said Lot 11, a distance of 5 feet, a point; <br />THENCE North a distance of 135 feet, a point <br />in the South Boundary Line of said Jackson Street; <br />THENCE West, a distance of 5 feet to the <br />place of beginning and containing 0.015 acres of <br />land, more or less. <br />
