COLLEGE HEIGHTS DRAINAGE PROJECT - MIESCH PROPERTY SITUATED within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being part of Lots 8 and 11, in Block B, of the College Heights Addition to the City of Paris, as shown by Revised Plat of record, 62-A of the Plat Records of said County and State, being a part of said lot described in deed to David C. Miesch, filed for record April 15, 1987, in Volume 707, Page 907, of the Deed Records of said County and State, and being more particularly described as follows: FIRST TRACT: (Lot 8) BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 8; THENCE Northwesterly, with the West Boundary Line of said Lot 8, a distance of 95.6 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 8; THENCE East, with the North Boundary Line of said Lot 8, a distance of 5 feet, a point; THENCE Southeasterly, parallel to and 5 feet East of the West Boundary Line of said Lot 8, a distance of 95.6 feet, more or less, to a point in the South Boundary Line of said Lot 8; THENCE West, with the South Boundary Line of said Lot 8, a distance of 5 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.011 acres of land, more or less. SECOND TRACT: (Lot 11) BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 11, same being in the South Boundary Line of Jackson Street a distance of 158 feet West of the West Boundary Line of Southeast 24th Street; THENCE South, with the West Boundary Line of said Lot 11, a distance of 135 feet to the South- west Corner of said Lot 11; THENCE East, with the South Boundary Line of said Lot 11, a distance of 5 feet, a point; THENCE North a distance of 135 feet, a point in the South Boundary Line of said Jackson Street; THENCE West, a distance of 5 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.015 acres of land, more or less.
