The meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order at 5:3 op. m. by <br />Chad Lindsey. <br />Commissioners Present: Francine Neeley, Chad Lindsey, Sims Norment, <br />Clifton Fendley, and Tylesha Ross <br />Commissioners Absent: Michael Mosher and Austin Anthony <br />City Staff: Grayson Path, City Manager; Triniti Frazier, Development Coordinator; Clyde <br />Crews, Fire Marshal <br />2. Citizen's forum <br />(Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Actprohibits the Commission from responding to any <br />comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staffperson with specific factual <br />information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not <br />appropriate for citizens' forum) <br />Citizen's forum was declared open. <br />With no one speaking, the citizen's forum was declared closed. <br />3. Approval of minutes from the meeting of December 07, 2020. <br />A Motion to approve the minutes for the December 07, 2020 meeting was made by Clifton <br />Fendley, seconded by Sims Norment. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Replat of Lots 1, 2, 3, Block A of the Exum 250 <br />Addition, LCAD Property ID 53692 and 120396, located in the 2800 Block of Fitzhugh. <br />Grayson Path states that Donald Lewis owns 2.941 acres in the 2000 Block of Fitzhugh <br />Ave. The property is currently zoned Commercial. The owner is proposing to divide the <br />property into three lots. Me. Lewis has submitted a replat. Path states that both water and <br />
