The City <br />of Paris disburses funds monthly in lump sum to the Counties of Lamar and Red River <br />for payroll disbursement through their finance offices. In future years, we feel <br />this should become a unified process, through one payroll office. However, for the <br />purpose of this application and the extension of the present grant year, the process <br />will remain the same.
