Have gone out for bids, and <br />have contractors ready to go; have provided a scope of work. Roof, plumbing, <br />electrical, and interior. Ready to start pulling permits and get going. Delay due <br />to COVID in immediate family. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Allow 60 days to begin/complete work. <br />Discussion: <br />Roof should take 3-4 weeks. Then will proceed to interior. Using pre- <br />engineered trusses, which will take a little longer than normal. Ready to go as <br />soon as permits are pulled. <br />Exterior has been cleaned up, and building is secure. <br />Anticipate all work being completed in 60 days. <br />Motion made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Pat Conrad, to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Fire at front; boarded up; fire damage <br />evident. Back in unsecure. Missing flooring inside at back. Owner is ready <br />to begin work. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair within 30 days, or back to BSC. <br />Owner: Stan Ford, 520 Deshong, Paris TX. <br />30 days should be sufficient to make secure and repair exterior. Replace window <br />in front, replace some siding. Added porch onto back and installing doors. <br />Primary objective to make property secure. <br />Discussion: <br />Building not secure at this time. Owner plans to have that done by end of the <br />week. This is a rental property. Expect 60-90 days before it's in condition to <br />rent.
