113 <br />E. <br />No contact with owner. Deterioration beginning along roofline. Upstairs <br />windows broken out. Water damage inside. Sheetrock/ceiling tiles are falling <br />off. Floor is spongy. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has the right to do so. <br />Discussion: None <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Reeves Hayter to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Post Office and Appraisal District have confirmed no one <br />is living there currently. No contact with owner. Porch is falling in. Side is <br />completely torn apart.
