change. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />Brent Smith, 1235 NE 34th Street, is the applicant and spoke in favor of the petition, <br />requesting the commission approve of the zoning change request to single-family so he can <br />build a home. <br />Public hearing declared closed. <br />A Motion was made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Francine Neeley to approve the <br />petition. Motion carried 5-0. <br />Consideration of and action on the Replat of Lots 7, 9, 11, and 13, Block 2 of the Lane <br />Place Addition, LCAD Property ID 12830 and 12833, located at 1350 NE 16th. <br />Triniti Frazier states that Marcus Council owns 0.6811 acres located at 1350 16" Street <br />Northeast. The property is currently zoned as One -Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3). <br />The owner is replatting four lots into one and is dedicating .0272 acres for a right-of- <br />way. Both water and sewer are available. It appears that the replat complies with the City <br />of Paris Subdivision Regulations. Staff recommends approval. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Francine <br />Neeley. Motion carried 5-0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1, 2, & 3, Block A of the <br />Morrell Square Addition, LCAD Property 18290, located in the 2800 Block of NE Loop <br />286. <br />Triniti Frazier states that Don Morrell owns 8.89 acres located at 2810 Northeast Loop <br />286. The property is currently zoned Commercial (C), and the owner is platting the <br />property into three separate lots. There is an existing billboard in the northeast corner of <br />the property and an easement has been dedicated for access to it. The owner has <br />submitted both a preliminary and final plat of the property. Both sewer and water are <br />available. It appears that both plats comply with the City of Paris Subdivision <br />Regulations. Staff recommends approval. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item by Michael Mosher, seconded by Austin <br />Anthony. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1, 2, & 3, Block A of the Morrell <br />Square Addition, LCAD Property 18290, located in the 2800 Block of NE Loop 286. <br />Triniti Frazier states this is the same plat and staff recommends approval. <br />
