camper removed. Tenant finally came to the door. Was told he had 30 days to <br />move the camper. City ordinance prohibits people from living in a camper, unless <br />specifically permitted to do so temporarily. Was running a water hose from main <br />house. Grandmother, who is property owner, has called Code Enforcement asking <br />if we could make him leave. Received call this morning that camper has been <br />moved. Would still like to put orders on the property to prevent him from <br />returning. Grandmother has stated she is afraid of him. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, remove within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />Discussion: None <br />Motion made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Pat Conrad to accept Robert Talley's <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0. <br />4. Code Enforcement Report: <br />Demoed 1 property since last meeting; started on 921 E Houston, but ground was too soft. <br />Redirected them to another property which should be done today or this week. Weather <br />has hampered efforts. <br />Will provide demo spreadsheet to BSC quarterly, per commission's request. <br />5.
