These motor vehicle stops were not charted in the first figure of this report due to <br />the small number of cases relative to the population and the total number of motor vehicle stops among all drivers <br />(3,167). <br />2 <br />City and County populations were derived from the 2019 American Community Survey (ACS)of the U.S. Census <br />Bureau. <br /> <br />
