Certification of Unopposed Candidates <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />I, Janice Ellis, hereby certify that I am the duly appointed, qualified and acting City Clerk <br />of the City of Paris, Texas.
