Discuss, conduct a public hearing, and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of Russ Davis on behalf of Linda and Johnny C. Discuss, conduct a public hearing and possibly act on a Resolution Establishing City of Paris, Texas PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Program. 18. Discuss and act on a Resolution Approving the Private Re -Sale of Twenty -Four Tracts of Tax Foreclosed Real Property; and authorize the Mayor to execute Deeds. 19. Discuss and act on a request from Greater Paris Development Foundation to abandon long term leases related to the Trail de Paris in furtherance of converting the Northeast Texas Trail into a linear state park administered by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. 20. Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, (1) to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described by Subdivision (1), as follows: First National Bank Building and associated properties. 21. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in Executive Session. 22. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081.
