Item No. 11 TO: City Council FROM: Grayson Path, City Manager SUBJECT: Pshigoda South Addition No. 2 DATE: March 22, 2021 BACKGROUND: The Pshigoda Foundation owns 0.930 acres located at 3620 Clarksville St. The property is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), and the owner is proposing to construct a multiple family housing unit. STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Water is available. Notes: Staff would like the following amendments be made to the plat. This has passed Planning and Zoning pending these amendments: 1. Show the plans to tie into sewer (9.A.04.007) 2. Show existing drives (9.A.04.006) 3. Show trees over 19" in diameter or tree line and specify which are to be removed (9.A.04.006) 4. Show that this is two parcels being combined (9.A.05.008) 5. Show private street to west (9.A.04.005) 6. Give street width for Clarksville St (9.A.04.005) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat with noted revisions.
