Criminal Justice Division GRANTEE ACCEPTANCE NOTICE AGREEMENT: That whereas City of Pari s hereinafter referred to as Grantee, has heretofore submitted a grant application to the Governor's Office, State of Texas, entitled Regional Controlled Substance Apprehension ProQram!l and further identified by grant number Whereas, the Governor of the State of Texas has approved the grant application as evidenced by the Statement of Grant Award from the Governor's Office dated U41l 1 1 mA which contained certain special requirements. Whereas, the Grantee desires to accept the grant award, the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards, and special requirements as evidenced by the Statement of Grant A ward, Now. therefore, the Grantee accepts the aforementioned Statement of Grant Award, the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards and special requirements in the grant application and the Statement of Grant Award as evidenced by this agreement executed by the project director, fmancial officer, and the official authorized to sign the original grant application as presiding officer of and on behalf of the governing body of this grantee.
