Discuss, conduct a public hearing and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of Mary Lawrence for a change in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a One -Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3), in the City of Paris, Block 100-A, Lot 5, LCAD 15514, located at 1049 N.W. 7th Street. 15. Discuss and provide direction on the City's fence regulation ordinance (Ordinance No. 2008-008). 16. Discuss and act on an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to Frank Friesen d/b/a Turn Key Dumpster Rental (Pursuant to Sec. 16-24 of the Code of Ordinances, passage of this ordinance requires five affirmative votes.) 17. Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, (1) to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described by Subdivision (1), as follows: Project Fast Track 18.
