<br />. RESOLUTION NO. 88-082 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />City Council of the City of Paris that there is an alley, <br />running North and South between Margaret Street and Jones <br />Alley, being West of 19 Street S.E. and east of 17th Street <br />S.E. described as follows: BEGINNING at the North Boundary <br />Line of Margaret Street and the southwest corner of Lot 12, <br />Block 1, Anita Park Addition and the southeast corner of Lot <br />9, Block 1, Anita Park Addition; THENCE north approximately <br />150 feet to the south boundary line of Jones Alley and the <br />Northwest corner of Lot 10, Block 1, Anita Park Addition and <br />the Northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 1, Anita Park Addition; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />City Council that the alley is not desired by the property <br />owners adjacent to said alley, but that said alley is of use <br />and necessary to the City of Paris and its citizens for <br />utility easement purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. <br />Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a quit <br />claim deed to one half of the alley being closed to the <br />adjacent owners on either side of said alley, it appearing <br />that the real and true owners of the hereinafter described <br />lots are as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 1 <br />Anita Park Addition <br /> <br />Russell T. Hutchins and wife, <br />Ruby Lee Hutchins <br /> <br />Lot 10 and N. 25' of <br />Lot 11 , Block 1 <br />Anita Park Addition <br /> <br />Jerry Gray and wife, <br />Merle A.
