Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the East Side <br />Storage Addition, LCAD Property 50982, located in the 300 Block of NE 46th Street, <br />Grayson Path states that Robby Russell owns 1.53 acres and has submitted a preliminary <br />plat of this property. Water and sewer are available. Owner intends to develop RV <br />Storage units at a future date. It appears the preliminary plat complies with City of Paris <br />regulations and staff recommends approval. <br />A Motion was made to approve this item by Michael Mosher, seconded by Francine <br />Neeley. Motion carried 4-0. <br />12.
