• Do not attempt to repair any piece of electrical equipment until the power source has <br />been disconnected and lockout and tag out procedures have been implemented. <br />• Do not disable any safety device on equipment or tools. <br />• Be especially alert when walking near of moving equipment <br />• Always use seat belts in vehicles and on equipment.' <br />• Rings, watches and other jewelry are not to be wom on jobsites. <br />• The Company will not tolerate sexual harassment of any person on Company property <br />or jobsite. <br />Visitors <br />Only customers and authorized visitors are permitted at Richard Drake Construction Company, LP's <br />offices. This includes unauthorized sales persons, or those collecting for charitable causes. This is <br />to prevent injury to visitors and to protect the company from theft or frivolous lawsuits. Visits from <br />friends and family should be kept to a minimum. Employees are responsible for the conduct of their <br />guests. <br />Any employee who notices an unauthorized visitor should notify his/her supervisor immediately. <br />Work glace Nfil re <br />Richard Drake Construction Company, LP has a casual dress environment, However, employees <br />are expected to use good judgment and taste and to show courtesy to their co-workers and <br />associates by dressing in a fashion that is presentable and appropriate, Uniforms will be provided at <br />the employee's expense after the employee's probation period. Uniforms kept but not used will be <br />charged to the employee. Employees, whether choosing to wear uniforms or not, will be required to <br />wear the following at all times while on jobsites: <br />• Hardhats <br />• Safety eye protection <br />• Leather, steel -toe safety boots <br />• Long trousers <br />• Shirts with minimum 4" sleeves <br />• Plastic or rubber coated gloves when handling chemicals, solvents or masonry products <br />• Leather gloves when handling rough or sharp -edged materials <br />• Hearing protection if the possibility of excessive noise is present <br />Telephone Use <br />Telephones are provided to enable employees to carry out work assignments in an efficient manner. <br />Personal telephone calls should be kept to a minimum and personal toll calls should not be made at <br />Richard Drake Construction Company, LP's expense. <br />Voice Mail and ElectronicMail <br />All electronic and telephone communication systems and all communications and information <br />transmitted by, received from, or stored in these systems are the property of Richard Drake <br />Construction Company, LP and as such are intended for job-related purposes. Personal use should <br />be kept to a minimum. Electronic or telephone communication systems may not be used to transmit <br />messages that may be considered inappropriate under Richard Drake Construction Company, LP's <br />12 <br />
