CLEMENT shall at all times keep the inner perime- ter free of debris, trash and litter and in the event CLEMENT deposits mud and debris upon the runway, he will be charged the total cost of removing the same for which he will receive a bill and the failure to pay the same will be a default of this lease agreement. 9.
