<br />within said thirty day period a second notice in writing by <br />certified mail, affording a hearing before the Airport <br />Advisory Board on a day certain, shall be given to CLE~mNT <br />by CITY's Airport Manager. After affording CLEMENT such <br />hearing the Airport Advisory Board shall recommend to the <br />City Council that the lease continue or be terminated, and <br />thereafter the City Council shall take such action as it <br />deems necessary. <br />19. That CLEMENT will use the property leased as a <br />permanent hay meadow with legumes and perennial grasses. No <br />continuous row cropping is allowed. It is understood and <br />agreed that CLEMENT will be responsible for seed bed prepa- <br />ration, fertilization, planting, weed control and harvesting <br />of crop. During the term of this lease or any extension <br />thereof, CLEMENT shall follow ASCS recommendations with <br />primary product being organic fertilizer, a copy of which <br />recommendations shall be filed with the City Clerk of the <br />City of Paris at least annually. An average of three inch <br />(3") cover will be maintained at all times on permanent <br />hayland. The maximum height of crop, weeds and grasses <br />shall be three (3) feet. CLEMENT will notify Airport Manager <br />of date and time when area will be fertilized. <br />20. The City of Paris reserves the right of all <br />concession and the right to park aircraft along the taxiways <br />in the event an air show is sponsored by the City of Paris <br />or assignees. <br />21.
