Convene into Open Session <br />• Dr. Jay Carpenter called the meeting to order in open session at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting(s). <br />Dr. Russell Putnam made the motion to approve the minutes from the October 19s , 2020 meeting with no changes and were <br />seconded by Nancy Stallings for approval. Motion carried. 5 yays, 0 nay. <br />3. Discuss and possible act on: <br />• COVID-19 Updates - 200 doses were given within a 24 hour period. 400 more doses are schedule to arrive today. A <br />Covid Clinic is scheduled for this upcoming Friday. <br />• Public Information Request — signed by Dr. Jay Carpenter and Gina Prestridge from Ecolab searching for any food safety <br />routine, follow up, complaint, COVID-19 compliance inspections on Applebee's, Chili's, Kroger, Little Caesar's, <br />McDonald's, Panda Express, and/or Save -a -Lot. <br />• Annual Employee Evaluations of Medical Director — completed by Gina Prestridge and presented to the board for <br />approval. Dr. Jay Carpenter made the motion to approve and was seconded by Nancy Stallings for approval. Motion <br />carried. 5 yays, 0 nays. <br />• Annual Employee Evaluations of Executive Director - completed Dr. Jay Carpenter and presented to the board for <br />approval. Dr. Russell Putnam made the motion to approve and was seconded by Nancy Stallings for approval. Motion <br />carried. 5 yays, 0 nays. <br />• Annual Approval of Policies and Procedures Manual - Dr. Jay Carpenter made the motion to approve and was seconded <br />by Nancy Stallings for approval.
