<br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-127, award the contract for <br />the routing, cleaning and sealing of joints on the 13/31 <br />runway, 03/21 runway, apron, and taxiways A, B, and C at Cox <br />Field to Steven T. King, d/b/a Technical Coatings Co.; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dick Boots, <br />recommends the amendment <br />No. 1 attached hereto as <br />net decrease in contract <br />$49,999.00, by deleting <br />routed to a minimum depth <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the contract for routing, cleaning and sealing <br />of joints on the 13/31 runway, 03/21 runway, apron, and <br />taxiways A,B, and C at Cox Field is hereby amended by Change <br />Order No. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of <br />the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, is hereby authorized <br />and directed, on behalf of the City of Paris, to execute <br />said Change Order. <br /> <br />Director of Community Facilities, <br />of said contract by Change Order <br />Exhibit "A", which provides for a <br />price of $1,481.00 to a total of <br />requirement that all joints be <br />of 1" and a minimum width of 1/2"; <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of January, 1987. <br /> <br />B~6-<o: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~"~M~~ <br />Mattie unning am, C~ y er <br /> <br />~:~ <br /> <br /> <br />T. 1<...
