In the Board's conditional approval of the variance request, no fact findings were adopted. <br />Section 4.10.009(a) variance request to allowing a sign not designed, constructed and inspected <br />in accordance to the Sign Ordinance: Motion was made by Larry Walker, seconded by Jerry <br />Haning to approve the variance of Article 4.10, Section 4.10.009(a) of the Sign Ordinance and <br />allowing a sign not designed, constructed and inspected in accordance to the Sign Ordinance with <br />the condition of providing an engineered analysis of the sign structure showing structural <br />calculations within 30 days. Motion carried 5:0. <br />In the Board's conditional approval of the variance request, no fact findings were adopted. <br />Section 4.10.009(b) variance request to allowing a sign not designed and constructed to comply <br />with the provisions of the building code: Motion was made by Larry Walker, seconded by Jerry <br />Haning to approve the variance of Article 4.10, Section 4.10.009(b) of the Sign Ordinance <br />allowing a sign not designed and constructed to comply with the provisions of the building code <br />for use of materials, loads and stresses to withstand a wind pressure of thirty (30) pounds per square <br />foot with the condition of providing an engineered analysis of the sign structure showing structural <br />calculations within 30 days . Motion carried 5:0. <br />In the Board's conditional approval of the variance request, no fact findings were adopted. <br />Section 4.10.081 variance for required permit: Motion was made by William Sanders, seconded <br />by Chris Fitzgerald to deny the variance of Article 4. 10, Section 4.10.081 of the Sign Ordinance <br />prohibiting a permanent sign to be installed in the City without first securing a permit from the <br />building official. Motion carried 3:2, with Jerry Haning and Larry Walker as the dissenting votes. <br />In the Board's denial of the variance request, there were no fact findings. <br />6.
