RESOLUTION NO. 87-014 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 10th day of March, 1986, in Resolution No. 86-023, award the contract for construction of 1985 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Proj ect No. 15-86-21 to Four Thirteen, Inc.; and, WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering, John Buss, recommends the amendment of said contract by Change Order No. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which provides for a net increase in contract price of $66,280.00 to a total of $1,525,280.00, for construction of pumps and mechanical works in Sludge Disposal System pumping station, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the contract for 1985 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Project No. 15-86-21 with Four Thirteen, Inc. is hereby amended by Change Order No. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Paris, to execute said Change Order.
