Given the fact that a task is still <br />on the ordinance review list for the Neighborhood Service - NS District, Staff has placed <br />both topics on the agenda for fixrther discussion. Time permitting; a review of all the uses <br />for both districts should be conducted. The Planning Commission will conduct a <br />workshop next month then a formal amendment and public hearing will be scheduled. <br />21.
