AND HOUSTON <br />STREETS <br />DATE: June 14, 2021 <br />BACKGROUND: The City of Paris Traffic Commission received a request to place a stop sign <br />at 32 NE & Houston Street. There is currently no traffic control device at this intersection. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: On June 1, 2021, the City of Paris Traffic Commission considered this issue <br />and voted 7-0 to recommend the City Council consider placing a stop sign at 32nd NE & Houston <br />stopping south bound traffic on 32nd NE. <br />BUDGET: Estimated cost of $200.00 from current budget <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map establishing <br />a stop sign at the intersection of 32nd N.E. and Houston Streets. <br />
