Having three Board Members present, a quorurn, Mr. flaynes thanked and welcomed, everyone <br />to the meeting. <br />3,. Citizens' Foruni Opened and closed with no one present to speak. <br />4. Approval ofthe Minutes 171-0in April 20, 2021, inecting, Minutes of the meeting were approved <br />with a motion made by Ms. Wilson and seconded by Ms, Bilinski, Passed 3-0. <br />5. OCCLIpancy Report - Public Housing has 9 vacancies, Section 8 has 278 current assisted <br />Vouchers and 16 People With Vouchers searching for units. The Section 8 Wailingt,ist has, 35 <br />people on it. Ms. RUthart discussed with the Botird the 15 Emergency HOUSirlg Vouchers offered <br />to the Paris Housing Authority. Upon discussion regarding the current rate of lease tip (69%), <br />lack of housing for Section 8 participants, and the lack of staff to assist J.,"FIN applicants, Ms. <br />Wilson suggested we deity the votichers so that they be given to a Housing Authority that will be <br />able to ]')Ouse P.,f.fV applicants. Mr. flaynes and Ms. Bilinski agreed, The 15 I`TIV's will be <br />returned to 1 -ft. D <br />1). Financial Report was discussed and reported to the Board with batik statements for P11 and <br />Section 8, F',nding batik statement balances for April 2021 - Public Housing -X1332,238.91 Section <br />8 - $490,881.06. <br />c. <br />7. RESOLUTIONS: <br />2020-009 Budget revision for FYE 06/30/2021 <br />Motion made by, Ms. Wilson and seconded by Ms. Bilinski. Motion passed 3-0. <br />2020-010 Budget for FYE 06/30/2022 <br />Motion tirade by Ms. Bilinski and seconded by Ms., Wilson, Motion passed 3-0. <br />140AN 8,.
