<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />87-057 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to the <br />resignation of Jack Denman, and it is necessary to appoint <br />his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, having appointed Michael R. Rhodes to serve the <br />unexpired term of Jack Denman, which ends December 31, 1989, <br />and has submitted the name of such person to the City <br />Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the appointment of Michael R.
