NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS, THAT: <br />Section 1. The findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br />Section 2. The City Manager of the City of Paris, Texas is designated as the <br />Authorized Official to authorize all necessary documents to extend the grant from the <br />Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority Grant Program. <br />Section 3. The Police Chief of Paris, Texas is designated as the Program Director <br />and the City Finance Director is designated as the Financial Officer for this grant. <br />Section 4.
