The Preliminary Plat shall be re -submitted to incorporate required revisions <br />prior to release of the final plat for recording. <br />2. A Site Plan shall be submitted in conformity with all ordinance requirements <br />for proposed buildings, finished floor elevations, etc. and be included on the <br />Preliminary Plat as needed, prior to final construction approval and prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />3. An approved firetruck turnaround shall be approved with the site plan prior to <br />final approval. A temporary rock turnaround will be acceptable if there are <br />plans to develop the back portion of the property at a later date. <br />4. A storm water Grading & Drainage Plan shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the City Engineer prior to final approval for construction and <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />5. A water plan showing adequate fire protection, including lines, and hydrants <br />shall be added to the preliminary plat prior to release for recording of the final <br />plat and shall be shown on the site plan for approval by the Fire Marshal and <br />City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />6. A Sanitary Sewer Plan showing adequate service lines shall be added to the <br />preliminary plat prior to release for recording of the final plat and shall be <br />shown on the site plan for approval by the City Engineer and Building Official <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />7. Construction Plans for site development shall be approved prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br />A Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Tylesha Ross to approve the revised <br />preliminary plat with noted conditions. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block of the Aubror Properties <br />Addition CB 316, LCAD Property ID 18757, located in the 3300 Block of NE Loop 286. <br />Andrew Mack states this is the same plat for simultaneous approval of the final plat with <br />same conditions. <br />
