The Preliminary Plat shall be re -submitted to incorporate required revisions prior to release of the final plat for recording. 2. A Site Plan shall be submitted in conformity with all ordinance requirements for proposed buildings, finished floor elevations, etc. and be included on the Preliminary Plat as needed, prior to final construction approval and prior to issuance of a building permit. 3. An approved firetruck turnaround shall be approved with the site plan prior to final approval. A temporary rock turnaround will be acceptable if there are plans to develop the back portion of the property at a later date. 4. A storm water Grading & Drainage Plan shall be submitted for review and approval by the City Engineer prior to final approval for construction and issuance of a building permit. 5. A water plan showing adequate fire protection, including lines, and hydrants shall be added to the preliminary plat prior to release for recording of the final plat and shall be shown on the site plan for approval by the Fire Marshal and City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit. 6. A Sanitary Sewer Plan showing adequate service lines shall be added to the preliminary plat prior to release for recording of the final plat and shall be shown on the site plan for approval by the City Engineer and Building Official prior to issuance of a building permit. 7. Construction Plans for site development shall be approved prior to issuance of a building permit. A Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Tylesha Ross to approve the revised preliminary plat with noted conditions. Motion carried 5-0. 7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block of the Aubror Properties Addition CB 316, LCAD Property ID 18757, located in the 3300 Block of NE Loop 286. Andrew Mack states this is the same plat for simultaneous approval of the final plat with same conditions.
