Employee Profit Sharing <br />Plan and Trust, by deed dated the 10th day of August, 1983, <br />recorded in Vol. 660, Page 993, Deed Records, Lamar County, <br />Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being the existing NE <br />corner of said Walker lot, said point being the NW corner of <br />Lot 12 Block 257D, owned by the City of Paris, said point <br />being N 890 54' E a distance of 48.1 feet from proposed <br />centerline survey station 45+35.49, said point being N 000 <br />18' E a distance of 158.4 feet from the existing SE corner <br />of said Walker tract; <br />THENCE S 000 18' W along the Walker-City of Paris <br />common boundary line a distance of 10 feet, a point; <br />THENCE N 890 54' W a distance of 94.6 feet, a point <br />said point being in the West boundary line of said Walker <br />lot; <br /> <br />THENCE N 000 18' E along the Walker West boundary line <br />a distance of 10 feet, a point, said point being the NW <br />corner of said Walker lot, said point being the SW corner of <br />Lot 6, Block 257D owned by Hallie Miller Estate; <br />THENCE S 890 54' E along the Walker-Miller common <br />boundary line a distance of 94.6'~ to the place of beginning <br />and containing .0217 acres, more or less. <br />
