Convene into Open Session <br />• Dr. Marc White called the meeting to order in open session at 5:34 p.m. <br />2. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting(s). <br />• Nancy Stallings made a motion and was seconded by Mitzie Pirtle to <br />approve the 01-19-2021 minutes and 02-16-2021 minutes. Motion <br />carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. <br />3. Discuss and possible act on: <br />• COVID-19 Updates - Between January 1 -April 9, 2021, a total of <br />17,978 vaccine doses have been given. (17,592 - Moderna and 386 <br />Janssen). <br />• DSRIP Updates -tabled until next meeting. <br />• Board Vacancy - Nancy Stallings term will end on June 30th and Dr. Jay <br />Carpenter will be resigning and moving out-of-town during the month of <br />June. <br />• Public Information Requests -three (3) septic permits have been <br />requested and Gina Prestridge and Dr. Marc White signed the release <br />requests. <br />Reports <br />a.
