That discussion was followed up by the Commission. at the work session special meeting on 6/16/21. This resulted in the final Zoning Ordinance Amendment to these districts recommended for approval by the Planning Planning Staff conducting a lengthy review of the two districts and uses in the ordinance matrix. The final recommended ordinance contains recommendations by both the staff and Planning Commission for review and final adoption by the City Council. The changes to the 2 districts are shown to be a strikethrough for deletions and an underline for new additions. Recommendation Approval oft e ordinance adopting changes tote Office and Neighborhood Service District Uses is recommended.
