<br />MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />CITY HALL, CITY HALL ANNEX, ~ATER BILLING OFFICE <br />AND PUBLIC LIBRARY <br /> <br />DAILY <br /> <br />Vacuum all carpeted areas with an electric operated vacuum. <br />Empty and clean all ash trays. <br /> <br />Empty all trash receptacles and replace bag liners as needed. <br />Mop all restroom floors. <br /> <br />Sweep or dust mop all hard surface floors. <br /> <br />Clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures including sinks, commodes, <br />urinals and stall dividers. <br /> <br />Clean and shine drinking fountains. <br /> <br />Spare toilet paper and paper towels should be placed in each restroom. <br /> <br /> <br />Supply all restrooms with hand soap. <br /> <br /> <br />Clean glass on all entrance doors. <br /> <br /> <br />Dust all office furniture and equipment. <br /> <br />WEEKLY <br /> <br />Spot clean all carpeted areas that are soiled. <br /> <br /> <br />Clean and buff all tile and terrazo floor areas. <br /> <br />Dust all doors, baseboards, frames, handrails, chair legs, telephones, <br />window sills, window blinds, file cabinets and open areas of book <br />shelves (furniture polish should be used on wood fixtures). <br /> <br />Remove cobwebs from corners of each room and ceiling. <br /> <br />Remove accumulated dirt and dust from all return air vents. <br /> <br />Sweep and remove debris from exterior entrance to City Tax Office. <br /> <br />Dust and polish Council Chamber desks and tables. <br /> <br />Vacuum and straighten chairs in City Council Room. <br />Replace burned out light bulbs. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />
