Marshall, January 18, 1902, of record in Vol. 103, Page 6 of the Deed Records of said County and State and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the West line of a channel easement to the Texas Highway Dept. said point being South 00 09' East a distance of 320 feet and North 890 35' West a distance of 107.21 feet from the Northeast corner of the above mentioned tract of land; THENCE South 00 09' East a distance of 280 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 880 54' 45" West a distance of 816.95 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 10 13' West a distance of 20.0 feet to a Btake for corner; THENCE South 880 54' 45" a distance of 601.15 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 10 03' East a distance of 5 feet to a stake; THENCE South 880 54' 45" East a distance of 200.80 feet to a stake for a corner; THENCE North 00 09' West a distance of 265 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 890 35' East a distance of 15.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.438 acres of land, more or less. Marshall, January 18, 1902, of record in Vol. 103, Page 6 of the Deed Records of said County and State and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the South Boundary Line of U. S. Hwy.
